  This review is for the Mortgage department. Vicky Huynh will not return your calls or be available to you if anything goes wrong or get's tough. I left voice mails that went unanswered, stopped into the branch to see her and she is working out of a different branch for the week (something you should consider before applying for a loan anywhere) no manager on site to problem solve, (there is a manager that manages the entire branch; but does not appear to have any authority or know how to help problem solve a mortgage problem) I sent an email that took 3 days to respond to, and she refused to meet with me to problem solve. I find this problem in general with B of A, not just this branch.

  I have been banking here for more than 7 years now and i have always found the staff very helpful. Both me and my wife have accounts here and i never got a chance to complain about anything. They really help you to understand the mechanism of certain things and help you getting it done. Lewis
