      A freak show twilight zone atmosphere with people to match . Horrible service with one , yes just one teller . Why anyone would use this bank as thier financial institution is beyond me ! Wierd and borderline functional.

      If I could give zero stars, I would. First and foremost they are thieves, Period ! I payed off my mortgage early, the following day the charged my checking account $25.00 because I no longer had a mortgage. I attempted to explain that I was just waiting for my escrow balance to be refunded to my account, to then close out my account. After 2 customer service representative refused a refund, I went to the local branch. They were even more clueless. I sat there for 15 min waiting for a teller after the bank manager refused to talk to me for 1 min because he had an appointment coming in , in 10 min. No appointment ever showed. The entire 15 min I was there. This bank is completely incompetent, and incapable of customer service!
