  After dealing with many incompetent people at different banks, I was really pleased with the service at this bank and especially Nick Senger’s professional and prompt services. Helped me open 7 business and personal accounts and maintains them regularly. Would recommend

  The disagreement was with the man to whom they referred me since he spoke my language; I was just watching the clock, so ever since I saw him I felt uncomfortable, in the end he didn't help me with the paperwork I needed, because he never explained to us what we would need to do the paperwork, although he assured that he did, but I confronted him and said that his job was to assist us and explain the requirements for our procedure, since it is part of his job. What a bad experience with this individual, the disgust and bad time we had in this place; What a pity that it bothers them to do their job well. I hope they can give you courses or train you from time to time on how to serve, treat well and give good information to clients on any type of procedure.

  Bank of America customer service has really sucked over the past year. It takes 30 to 40 minutes to get through to a person. One of their atms at this branch ate my debit card, I found out they do not own there atms and could not retrieve my card. Finally closed my account after 16 years. Stay away!!! TFCU is so much better.
