      Appreciate the customer experience I had in my recent visit to this Branch in 170th avenue. In spite of not having an appointment I was given opportunity to talk to Relationship Manager - Jacqueline. She helped me with my service request and was able to guide and share insight on other aspects as well. I really appreciate her knowledge and willingness to help & guide.

      No staff to attend people, waited 20+ minutes and left. There are no appointments available to book as well on app. Worst BofA branch I have visited, will try other branch
