Why even have a branch if you don’t have any of the equipment to be a real bank like I tried to deposit a check and you mobile deposit it off a iPad and it puts a hold on my check your a branch get actually machines to bank properly so my checks can be deposited normally I could’ve mobile deposited without coming in literally a waste of time trying to go here

Worst customer service. I moved here from out of state and wanted to establish a relationship with the bank similar to my local branch at home. I was told that this branch does not have tellers and that the atm machine was my teller. If I wanted to speak with anyone I’d need to schedule an appointment for the following week. After over 30 years banking here, I will be moving my funds to a new establishment where I can talk to a teller, not a machine.

The guy in glasses in the front always seems to be having a bad day when I come in and is always short with me even cutting me off mid sentence when I talk!
