      I ordered some euros and went to pick up but they need two people to open the locker and get the money out.... I went two days in row they were just one present.. they told me that next day will get it out for you and u can pick up anytime still they didn’t and one banker was there other was out for some work in working hour.. I asked other banker said she was out on business.. And didn’t tell me anything... I waited 30 mins still no show...They have very very less staff...

      Went in on August 26 2015 to do a simple deposit for someone else (I do not have a bank account here - had a bad experience with them back in 2008). They are severely unstaffed. One banker present. Was kept waiting in the drive through for 25 minutes. TWENTY FIVE MINUTES. I was considering switching from Harris to Bank of America... But after this expierence, forget it. I will advise my mom (whose account I was depositing funds into) that she needs to switch her bank account to a more reputable bank... One that actually has more than one banker employeed.
