  Banked with Bank of America with 8 yrs. Declining services, the office can never help. More fees and wait times than any other bank local or national. This bank is failing and won't be open in the next 10 years. Save your time and money elsewhere.

  Receptionist is quite a rude lil Karen, when I asked a question, she said "my tellers will not help you, and I need to leave now! She doesn't realize she works for us who bank there...
