      Always frustrated with this particular branch. Unfortunately it is my closest branch. Very poor customer service. Always tempted to just withdraw my money, close out my credit card and checking account and go elsewhere. Banks are like dentists, a dime a dozen. Bank Of Anerica seriously does not train their people well. Not accommodating in the least. This branch used to be a lovely place to do business. Very disappointing
