      Michael, the bank manager, is awesome! I can’t say enough good things about him and the great customer service he provided to me. I highly recommend this BOA location. I’m in town on business so this isn’t even my regular location, but Michael made me feel like a vip. I’m buying a house and I had a deadline to complete some urgent financial matters, and he took care of me, and he also took care of many other customers who were waiting. It was a great experience. Thank you Michael.

      My bank is Suntrust, but I needed cash in a hurry so I went to this BOA, what a mistake, I put my card in and it told me is was unable to read my card, I did it a second time, same thing, the third time it took my card, the screen said something like we have taken your card call your financial institute to get a replacement card. This was on a Saturday, Monday morning I tried calling the branch 7 times and no answer.
