  I really don't understand how this bank gets such bad reviews. Rita (an associate at the bank) helped us and was extremely professional and friendly. We got interrupted twice by customers that were walking in expecting to get served right away with no appointment. But from our point of view, we made an appointment, got helped, and I would definitely recommend this branch to others!

  My father who is 92 goes into your branch with cash, my account number & routing number to put in my account and you refused to do it. You’re a bank and you don’t accept cash? You wouldn’t even help an elderly person. Shame on you! I’ve been with you 28 years and now you’ve open my eyes to your customer service. I will be switching banks real soon!

  Hi, Beth. To help manage risk, we no longer accept third party cash deposits to consumer accounts. Checks are still accepted. You must be an account owner or authorized user on the account to make a cash deposit. You can use Mobile and Online Banking to send money to others by using just their mobile phone number or email address.   Worst experience with this Branch. Went in to do a wire transfer for my house down payment, they told me servers were down and promised me that they will call back within couple of hours to let me know the status. No one called back, we tried calling a few times and no one answered. Finally had to rush to another branch to get things done. I hope BoA will take some notice and do something to improve customer experience for this branch.
