Aweful experience. I was unlucky enough to get the same incompetent teller as the irate customer that had just stormed stormed out. She was not capable of finding my account with my DL. After asking for the Manager she told me she was in charge. No wonder this Branch ( Hidden Valley Pkwy) has so many 1 star reviews. This sorry excuse of a Teller/Boss should not work with the Public. Please Bank of America hire friendy tellers with people skills because the one I had to deal with today makes me want to change Banks. Wish I could give ZERO stars.

The worst Bank of America ever... line is always long only 1 bank teller working... line is out the door even when covid wasn’t here ... I will never bank with Bank of America because of this bank and it seems to be all Bank of America... chase is way better in and out . I hate this bank
