This is by far my favorite bank. First, the branch is beautiful and there is always someone in the lobby to greet you. Alex the branch manager is so kind and helpful. Griselda the Business Banker catered to all of my questions and I did not feel rushed at all. All of my experiences with Bank of America have been positive. I look forward to growing my relationship with BOA.

Tyler set me up for an appointment, I told him I can do 10am, he says I’m gonna set you for 9:30 but I know you’re coming at 10. I get here and they tell me he can’t take me. I will be throwing your card in the trash Tyler. And will consider switching to chase, thanks for wasting my morning!
