      The most beautiful experience. They serve you quickly. You go to do anything and they really solve it for you. I loved going because it doesn't get so crowded and that's why their employees are efficient. I recommend 100% Miss Juliette Vargas. He helped me with several issues that I had to do regarding my account. I am delighted thank you very much ♥️

      Terrible location and should be avoided at all cost. Needed to talk to someone about a deceased relative's account but never got the opportunity. This location is way understaffed and that is a reflection of Bank of America. They are an awful organization and I am glad I took my banking needs elsewhere. Note to the wise -if you go there for ANY reason other than to deposit or withdraw (which you will wait in very long lines for the single teller they usually have) make an appointment. You will sit there for hours before you get seen by the 1 or 2 "bankers" that are available to help you. The one bright spot of this location? Laurent is a very caring and polite and does his best to help but is very limited in what he is able to do.
