      Have been using institution many years. This site's staff is accommodating BUT like many public services, shorthanded on staffing.

      The Lodi branch of Bank Of The West have change their hours to close at 4:00 p.m. so customers make a extra effort to get here before 4:00 PM, yet when you get here before 4:00 p.m. the bank is locked up, not a soul inside and no one that can assist you. They need to post the actual hours there willing to accept and help customers. I am very disappointed! Monday December 21st 3:55 PM.

      This is the only Bank of the West in Lodi and for some reason they fill it with incompetent people day after day. Every time I go in to this branch they have all new tellers. Why is it a constant turn over? No privacy when creating an account in the branch. People who are waiting in line hear everyone’s personal information. Complete lack of professionalism.
