      They are very professional and helpful. I go to the bank everyday relating to my business, every teller is very nice and most importantly nice to my dog and give him treats. I highly recommend this location and bank.

      0 out of 5 stars, Banker Jazzlinn Turner is utterly disgusting. She is unhelpful, rude, and doesn't ever have the customers best interest in mind. She is also a homewrecker as she is the cause of a divorce of another married Bankers trust employee, and uses the bank as means to hide the relationship using work resources and time to sneak around with this married man. Other employees of the West Des Moines branch are supportive of this as I overheard them talking about while i was waiting for assistance!!!! I will never return to this branch and will be changing banks as soon as possible, and i thought Wells Fargo did some shady things but this is highly disturbing!!!

      Most of the tellers inside are kind and efficient, except for one. She has a terrible demeanor and always acts sour. I go to other locations just to avoid her.
