      Opened another account, and Melia was great to work with. She worked with us on selecting the right type of account, was patient as we decided what we needed and got her the correct information, was quick to get the paperwork filled out and ready for us to pick up and review. Banterra is great to deal with, and all the people I've dealt with over the years and friendly and personable, and go out of their way to help you. Unless they end up getting bought out by another national chain bank who doesn't care about you, I don't intend to ever need another bank.
