      I've always believed in small town banks and believed Benchmark was such a creature. Sadly, I was wrong. Twice in the last six months I was locked out of my money. The bank's reaction? Do nothing. The first time I complained, I was told "too bad." The second time, I closed my accounts. To add insult to injury, I was charged a fee to close my account. What was that fee? I wish I knew, because they refused to tell me. If you are looking for a small town bank, maybe Benchmark is it. Be prepared to have a backup, though.
