  Bianca and her team were amazing!!! I struggled with trying to get my credit right, trying to manage some debt, trying to get someone who can see past the paperwork and sit and work with me! She strongly advocated for me when it came to the paperwork and underwriters which was my hardest part… I couldn’t be thankful enough that Bianca and her team went above and beyond to make this home purchase happen. I heard from Bianca or one of her team members everyday! I was continuously getting feedback about where we were in our timeline, and they included my opinion in everything , they helped me understand everything!   Biance was AMAZING to work with. She was extremely responsive and answered any and all of our questions. All paperwork was handled in a timely manner and she always touched base with us to let us know where we were at in the process. We even closed earlier than expected! We would definitely work with her again and would HIGHLY recommend.
