      I struggled a lot to review a updated rejected return, because the web portal is poorly design. It broke for my personal experience on multiple occasions, where the page wouldn't load (and multiple JavaScript errors occurred as per the Chrome console) and I ended up stuck on a blank page without possibility to logging out. At that point I couldn't do anything but wait or switch to an incognito window, because even in other tabs and windows the same page would open. UPDATE: I got a very kind and reassuring call from Block Advisor apologizing for my inconveniences and letting me know my comment is being see, and worked on to improve their systems. That was very kind!

      Pablo was great. This is more in regards to the cost for a very simple filing. When I went on line to see the cost it was under $100, but after filing, the cost was $300... after complaining they did take $100 off... but still, that was a bit extreme for this filing.
