  Dan is the man! First off, my beautiful new home would not have happened if not for Dan. He was able to get me a new home that was better than my budget and expectations. My family and I, are extremely happy with our beautiful new clean home. On our walks every morning around our neighborhood, we are nothing but grateful because we told Dan what we were looking for and he found something that checked every box plus MORE. Everything was precise and exactly as he described. If you want a great home buying experience look no further, Dan is always available to help.

  We never thought we would be able to own a home in the Bay Area until we met Dan. He not only believed in us enough to be able to achieve our dream, but he also guided us flawlessly through the whole home buying/VA Loan process. We had always heard that using a VA Loan would not be easy, and that most sellers in the Bay Area would run the other way once they found out a buyer was using a VA Loan. But Dan’s knowledge of the VA Loan process as a realtor and as a loan broker is invaluable. Professional, patient and incredibly caring about his clients, he was right there in the trenches with us the entire way. When we got outbid on a property we fell in love with we could feel he was just as disappointed as we were. But he never let us lose hope and he never lost hope in us until we found the perfect home. Not only did we gain a realtor, but he also became a friend. There is no way we could have gone through the process with anyone else!
