  Rey is the man!! I’ve been banking with BMO for 10 years. Rey and this location offers top notch customer service compared to any other bank I’ve dealt with in the past. Highly recommend BMO. Thank you again Rey!

  Unbelievable that you can call this branch and never reach anyone. There is an automated call tree that puts you in a loop. I tried to reach someone for over an hour. Called another bank and spoke to someone on the first try. Customer Service should be a top priority at a bank, but not here, go elsewhere.

  Absolutely, The worst Customer Service ever. I walk in to the bank I see 3 lady's standing at the last station. And 1 gentleman helping a customer at the first station. Not a single Employee said hi to me when I walked in. After the gentleman helped the lady (5 min or so passed by) he says hello how may I help you. I do my business and leave. I won't be coming to this location anymore. If it was busy I would understand but there was only 1 lady in front of me.
