  Yes, I came in with a check written to me by a member of your bank and it was quite small and I'd been in there before and the gentleman went over with me the account types because I expressed interest in your business, he waved the non-member fee because I don't know why but I'm assuming it might be because of what I told him I was going through, I would like to now change my account to BMO Harris. I cried when I got back to my car because it's rare these days that people are so kind, even professionals. I was so overcome with emotion.
