  Worst service I've ever received from a bank, double charged on car payment and took over a month to make right. if you have the option to bank elsewhere, I recommend you do.

  Fees for everything and the bank is run pretty much by the people in the back office who have little to no experience and expertise dealing with issues involving any degree of complexity. I have been waiting several weeks now to resolve an issue that should have been resolved on the very first visit. The back office keeps asking for more, not realizing that what they are requesting won't be all that helpful. Nothing but frustrating to work with this bank.
