I have been a customer of Colorado State Bank and Trust for 9 years. They recently became BOK and with their name change came the worst customer service there is. This is no longer the local bank that gave a darn about their members, they are now just another big bank out to make as many bucks as they can off their members. Back in the day, this bank actually cared. Back in the day, this bank and it's customers were everything to them. Today, they have no integrity and flat out give misgiving every chance they get. I was in the branch last week to make a deposit. It was then that I learned that the individual branch can decide if a deposit will be released, and if it will be released in a timely fashion. I was informed at the time of my deposit that it would be held for a few days and was given a specific date that they would be released. That date has come and gone and the funds were not released and in fact may not be released for weeks, if at all. It appears it will be a fight to get these funds released. This deposit was actually a payment on an insurance policy and the others who also received a similar check with other banks have not experienced this issued, and this appears to be a BOK issue. So sad to see such an amazing institution go down the drain so quickly. This used to be the best bank ever and cared about their members. This use to be bank that I recommended every chance I got. Devastating to learn that member's mean nothing anymore.
