  I have average credit as I am rebuilding it from 2008 Great Recession. Expected to have difficult time with getting an opportunity to take advantage of these low interest rates before they go away. Found Guild Mortgage through a Google search and did an online prequal application. To my surprise it came back preapproved and at a rate that to good I was skeptical. Soon after Bonnie Marshall reached out and instantly won me over with her professionalism and positive attitude. Bonnie made me feel like I had a 850 FICO rather then a challenge. Gave me the confidence to move forward. Guild Mortgage and Bonnie worked to get me the most competitive rate possible and low closing costs. Christi and Janelle took over from there and I had all my doc's to them easily through their online portal and approval in a week closed another week after that. Easy peasy. Could not believe the support from Christi and Janelle, the easy to use online tools and a closing done at my home was the icing on the cake. I just refinanced my car and it was way more complicated then this refi. Wonderful stress free experience.

  This is my mother-in-law and let me tell you, she is so passionate about mortgages I swear she lives and breathes them. She gets the toughest, credit challenged, little to barely any money buyers and some how manages to get them approved for their dream home. She works her Bonnie magic. I can't say enough good works about how hard she works to get people approved. For her, it's not about the money, it's about helping those in need. Mortgages truly are her passion.
