      Started process in Jan of 2022. Throughout Feb, March, April and May, never returned calls and couldn't leave a message because voice-mail was always full. Some correspondence through email asking for specific paperwork. In February we were told that we were approved. Waited, waited, and waited for next step, additional information request, etc. Nothing! Could not get any information, and got very frustrated. Miraculously, in early May his voice-mail was open and left a message asking for all paperwork back. Within 30 minutes, a young man dropped all paperwork off at my husband's job. When looking through everything, thank God we did not go finalize anything. He had us in an ARM!!! Adjustable Rate Morgage. No thank you! One star is for the simple lack of professionalism, courtesy and decency on communication. If you are short staffed, just let people know. If you can't do something or need us to do something, let us know. It is really that simple. Once we saw the paperwork, we would have immediately declined a ARM loan, but DO NOT STRING PEOPLE ALONG!!!!
