  Bryan and his team are absolutely wonderful! They're kind, friendly, patient, understanding, and will work to find the absolute lowest rate possible for you. We were not prepared to purchase a home, but as the owner's of the home we have rented for the last 6 years decided they were ready to sell, we had to jump in headfirst. We had a lot of questions, a lot of anxiety and stress, and basically felt helpless. As soon as we got in contact with Bryan, he went to work. He has such a wonderful personality that we immediately knew we were in good, honest and trustworthy, hands. He walked us through every step in the process to securing a loan, locking in a rate, and called us the day of closing to see how things went. We worked closely with not only Bryan, but also Missy who works with the underwriters making sure we've provided the necessary documents, and at one point she even did some digging for us when we had difficulty accessing some paperwork they needed. I do and will recommend Bryan and American Portfolio to anyone in search of a trustworthy lender.
