  I wish I can give more than 5 stars because they deserve more than, am short of words for MCG because they are absolutely the best, concise meticulous team, Eric, Susan(my favourite), and Liz(Scrutiny) all did a fantastic job throughout the loan process, I will surely be recommending this great team to my peers and relatives and will be back to do business with them in nearest future.   Used these fine folks for the mortgage on our home purchase. What an extraordinary team! Liz did a great job communicating what we needed to clear conditions. Our loan officer Mark was extremely knowledgeable. Sarah was so welcoming and personable. Eric the owner has assembled a great team and made sure we felt like family. As a self employed borrower I was real nervous about the documentation I’d need to prove my income, this group kept us at ease and had us from application to clear to close in 11 days. Highly recommended group!!!

  Eric and his team are amazing! I used Eric 11 years ago when my wife and I purchased our new home. Long story short 11 years later I get a message out of the blue from Eric saying they were still monitoring our mortgage and he thought he could save us money. Not only did he save us money every month, we knocked a few years off the Mortage saving tens of thousands of dollars over the life of the loan. The process was quick, simple, and painless. I highly recommend having Eric and his staff look over your existing Mortage if your looking to save money on your loan.
