Very little support, expect to call into any of their numbers and get sent to a voicemail and rarely if ever get a call back regarding your contract. You can bet however if you are late one day on a payment they will smack you with tons of fees. Perhaps I should tell them they owe me some sort of credit for their late customer service replies. It's a joke.

Absolutely DO NOT use this company. I have been trying for 2 months to get the title to a truck I paid off. They charged me numerous fees for my title over the course of the last few months and now they say they don't have the title. They say they will send me a "release". I don't want a release. I want the title to the truck I spend the last few years paying for.
