      Karen and Emily were both helpful and very nice, and helped me out with a frustrating situation. Plus they were nice and patient which, in the moment, was probably the best gift they could have given me. Their patience and niceness helped ground me in the moment. These two ladies made me realize Capital One is cool! Karen was nice, responsive and helpful even when things got complicated with another branch, and Emily was super nice and really helpful, and was able to help complete the important business task when another location dropped the ball. Plus made sure everything was good to go before I made a long trip from Manhattan. Wouldn’t recommend Union Square but this location really turned around my opinion of Capital One.

      Long lines only 2 people at the counter they take their sweet time as the line gets longer and longer no sense urgency once so ever dont Come to this bank

      Capital one by far is the worst bank you can ever have a business with, absolutely nothing special about this bank, worst customer service, highest credit cards apr.. no offers, they only know how to take but never give.. avoid this bank at any cost
