      Only have ATM's outside the bank and homeless people stand there asking for money watching behind your back for your money and password! Also its too cold for that AND one of the machines does not work!!! Closed at 12pm today couldn't even go inside for help. There are no other Capital One banks near to me! So frustrated.

      Going to the bank is great when you're putting money in but it's even better when you have customer service like I got today. Today I had the privilege of working with Thomas. Not only is Thomas extremely professional but a kind and loving person. He took a personal interest in me, gave fantastic service and despite the fact that the world is going through such hard times he had such a positive and upbeat attitude. I didn't recognize Thomas due to his newly grown beard or mask but it just so happens that he actually remembered me from coming to the bank 4 years ago. It's a privilege to meet people like him and I'm grateful to have been able to see him again today. Thank you so much Thomas and Capital One for employing good people like him!
