      Had the best banking experience here. All the staff is knowledgeable, patient and super helpful. They take their time explaining, and are open to questions. Scott was extremely helpful and I left with all my problems solved!

      Very bad customer service spent two day to call , All they say is don't know whoever picked up the the phone, then they transfer to another customer service representative, but all are the same, they told us wait for branch manager call back, that is a big liar wait for two days no one call us to solve the problem. they are just repeat the same words and rotate from one to another, I need money that dropped at night boxes for deposit , suddenly bank temporary close without send notice to customers prior temporary close, we have been used this bank for our service for many years.

      I can see Capital one being first to lock up their doors and your money in modern depression... I’ve encountered serious technical flaws trying to complete an online wire transfer and even getting a cashiers check. I came to bank with debit card entered pin my passport and they say they need to do additional identity verification. They call me and their phone system is flawed and broke doesn’t work... It seemed like they were just trying to find excuses not to give me my money.
