      UPDATE: It's Noon, and the bank is not open? Either update your hours or close this bank. It's Useless! FedEx can't even deliver their package. Where is corporate? Who is the social media manager? Have they seen the reviews? Ms. Shauntae, I highly recommend you take a better approach when conducting business with customers. Your attitude is very off-putting and rude. I have three accounts with Capital One. I am now considering moving my funds to another bank. I hope corporate sees this review and offers you further training.

      One Teller staffed for a dozen customers waiting in the lobby, absolutely no sense of urgency. Had to come to the bank because the online app wouldn’t work. Insane.
