      Most amazing experience! I walked into the bank 3 mins before they closed.... literally running in because I needed to get a cashiers check and I had driven all the way from San Antonio. The ladies here were friendly and so very nice about helping me didn't even seem upset that I came in and kept them a little late. It really made my day to have such a wonderful experience!

      They wouldn't help me set up a joint acount. Couldn't cash a check or give me a new card. Lady picked up her computer and walked away half way through helping us. What is the point of this location if there not going to do their job. Very disappointing

      We have a checking account with Capital One Husband goes to the bank on Riverside to open a saving acct and the young man told him that if I have to help you I will but it would be easier to do it online THAT young man would not help at all so went to Chase
