      I have had Capital One for years now and have even worked for the company. I always had good things to say. I drove all the way up to this branch form Philly to get a cashiers check because I was closing on my house. I was so nervous and Jose the bank teller was so nice. After a few weeks, I received a wonderful home welcoming gift. The thing is that they didn't know that two days after we moved into the house I was carjacked and robbed. It was a very hard week and I was really upset. So to receive this gift really meant so much and made me realize that there is still good people in this world. Thank you!

      The manager was awesome, I wish I got his name. The bank teller , not so nice. I was just happy to find a branch and it was worth it.
