  Carla just helped us with refinancing our home and she did an excellent job. There were some challenges along the way but Carla helped us handle them all and in a very timely manner. If you are in need of financial help with your home purchase or refinance, I would recommend Carla in a second. She's a true professional with years of experience and very pleasant to work with.

  We’ve been house-hunting in Whatcom County for quite a while. The realtor we are working with recommended Carla Lee as a mortgage advisor. We had been told by another local lender that he couldn’t obtain financing for us. We were devastated and believed we would never qualify for a home mortgage. We were not very optimistic as to what Carla Lee could do, but decided to give her a try. Carla was fantastic! She was able to overcome (quickly) the hurdle the previous lender chose not to waste time with. She gave us hope that home ownership was a possibility for us and has discussed different avenues of achieving it. We have always felt Carla was behind us 100%. She has always made herself available, no matter the time or day of the week. We have not, unfortunately, purchased a home yet, but Carla continues to put time and effort into us as clients. All without compensation. She has answered innumerable questions, calculated estimates on more homes than we care to recall… All with professional courtesy, timeliness, and optimism. She has never made us feel we are wasting her time. We appreciate Carla’s experience and knowledge, as well as the ease we’ve felt in building a relationship with her. We have enjoyed working directly with her. It is a much more personal experience, and we don’t just feel like a number. We highly recommend Carla Lee to anyone in need of mortgage services!
