      Throughout my life, I have done business with a myriad of different banks. From basic Checking and Savings accounts to multiple auto and home loans. Without a doubt, Carolina's Telco has been the easiest and friendliest place that I have had a pleasure of doing business with. I must say, i can be a little needy. Lorretta most recently helped me with an auto loan. I called on a Thursday, and without having to go into their branch, i was able to apply and complete my loan in the matter of a couple hours via email and Docusign.       Just completed an auto refi with Carolinas Telco. I purchased my vehicle on-line from an out of state dealership, using the dealerships preferred lender a few months ago. It took the dealership almost 3 months to process my title paperwork. What a pleasure it was to work with Elizabeth at CTFCU. She was able to process my refi loan in two days, cut my interest rate by more than half, all through email and I have yet to step into the branch. I enjoy working with professionals who provide the services and products that are needed with convenience and an attitude that caters to a busy schedule. I look forward to working with them again.
