  I want to open with the fact that if I could leave less stars I would. I have been a member of chase for most of my life and until today have not had a single problem with their service ,at a branch or elsewhere. However this branch has by far the worst service in terms of private client banking. The teller on the other hand was much more polite and friendly. I am a private client from the north Bay Area and because of this I do most of my banking through her. So when I showed up here I saw there were a few customers with the tellers and instinctively went to the private client banker. I needed to switch bills from small denominations to large denominations and I was hoping to open a traditional IRA in top of my Roth IRA. I was greeted how I normally would be and when I told the private banker that I was hoping to switch denominations he said I should head over to the teller. I wasn’t asked to have a seat as i would at my normal bank. It was only until after I showed the banker my private client card that he stood up and ushered me to the teller (In a pleasant manner albeit) but it still did not allow me any time to tell him I wished to open a Traditional IRA. Because of this this branch lost my business and I will not be returning for any private client services. A recommendation to any private clients. STEER CLEAR OF THIS BRANCH. I am sure you will get much better service elsewhere. I left the branch feeling like I was profiled because of my age and not given the service I am used to at a chase branch.
