  I am so glad I came in with my wife last week to open an account. We made an appointment and drove 2 hours and was totally worth it. Our experience with Ms. Dina T. has been exceptionally great. Ms. Dina professional service and thoroughness helped with the desired services we needed. I felt the need to write this review as recognition for our experience. I totally commend her for her excellent service. I will drive 2 hours again when needed to do our banking at this location. Thank you Dina.

  Chase offer the worst service as soon as I get a chance I'm changing banks I deposit 2 checks and they said they have to place almost 2 weeks hold don't they know people need their money to pay bills, food etc.. dumb policy and also a family member attempted to deposit money to my account with the checking account information I provided for them and the bank said they couldn't do a most command practice.. Chase is garbage of a bank and they will be losing me and my family as a costumer...

  Horrible Customer service. Went to cash a personal check for which I worked very hard for only to be told that she couldn't cash it for reasons I do understand however the way she said it with a smug and smirking expression left me feeling like she enjoyed telling me that. I was so beside myself that I failed to get her name. All I remember was a rude lady that had no desire to politely resolve the issue. Corporate needs to train that branch a little customer relation skills. I will never step foot in there again.
