      We had a terrific experience. Our mortgage broker, Jessica Na, went to amazing lengths to get us closed and recorded before our apartment lease was up. But even before that, Jessica and her team explained everything thoroughly, and streamlined the process. Kathy Nguyen on the underwriting side was also very professional, and easy to work with. All in all, I give Meriwest very high marks. We would work with Jessica again in a heartbeat.

      Refinance process hit a snag when existing mortgage payoff was delayed. However, Meriwest has credited us with the interest charged for the delay. This was our 3rd time getting a mortgage with Meriwest and I'm satisfied.
