      My family members stopped by this local Chase bank to inquire more about a transaction. One of the Chase team members, Yvette A., was extremely unhelpful and continuously talked over me as I tried to explain the situation. Adding insult to the injury, Yvette communicated rudely and condescendingly. By far, the worst experience we have had with Chase Bank. Please coach this team member on being an active listener, more professional, and kind. Yvette could learn a lot from one of her colleagues, who was compassionate, respectful, and friendly.
