      I have never been to a worse branch in my life. Staff is super rude. They didn’t care to find a solution for me instead told me to bring paper for a business i own and i have multiple accounts with them. I ended up going back to the branch that has worked with for several years instead.

      I am in the process of selling my condo and the person buying it is going thru Chase. The worst mistake anyone could make. They have been nothing but uncooperative, disrespectful with regards to deadlines. The loan officer failed to provide information needed for the closing to be completed, failed to communicate with the borrower, with the realtor and with the management company of the condo. She did not request information in a timely matter. Basically, she dropped the ball on the whole process, and because of this I may possibly lose the house I am purchasing. It is unethical and very disrespectful for a loan officer to be this way. She should be fined for disregarding everything that was requested of her. I would never use Chase for anything.
