      I've been banking here since about 2012. I have really enjoyed the the customer service. Everyone is very nice and helpful.

      I opened a checking account for convenience. I initiated a transfer from an external account into this account to have a cashier's check made. Two days after initiating it, the money shows up in my account. I go to the bank have them issue the cashier's check with those funds. I get a call a day later telling me my account is overdrawn and they were charging me $50. Not thinking it's fair when you make funds available before the transfer is complete and charging me for that, I went in to have charges reversed. Turns out my business means less to them than the $50 I asked them to reverse. I closed my account.
