      I've had good experiences at this bank. I am not a member and pay a fee to cash members checks. Watch for the entrance if your not paying attention you will miss it & pulling out is a pain.

      Straight up criminals. If you experience economic hardship, even from COVID, do not expect help. On the contrary, overdrafts are met with absolute ruthlessness. You will be charged for each individual overdraft along with a daily fee. This multi-billion dollar company makes its money off the back of vulnerable customers. Simply, they do not have the ethics of many small banks and credit unions.

      This is an awesome bank! The typical bank gives lollipops to kids for treats but this one had given my 4yr old a coloring book with crayons to use while I opened my new account. It even had a cute story to it about how to save money and what we can do with the saved money. It was/is cute. I want expecting this from a financial institution. But these peoplepeople were really down to earth and not worried about just opening a new acct. It seemed they really cared about us. Ps they did even had the lollipops to boot. Yummy... They have so many options for accounts I didn't know which was what I needed. They took the time and explained them all with patience and understanding/ courtesy
