      All I needed was to notarized a letter and the old lady in her office made it so difficult... the only reason I hv citizens bank at this point is because I hv many automatic payment going throu it. But as soon as I transfer them all to my other bank. Im canceling this citizens bank account. thnaks for making waste my time..

      I would honestly give it a 0 star. Very unprofessional and misleading. I found 38 dollars taken out of my account when I took nothing out of my account. Me and my mother called them and they said they took it out from the checks they ordered when they said it was free with my account. I am not happy with this company at all whatsoever. Be better with your customers and do not lie to them directly to their face and be misleading.
