      been here for 10+ years and had great customer service but lately their are new people behind the counter who have no clue what they are doing. Went to cash a check and was told the check wasnt any good. Then took it to Key bank (check from there) & was told it would cost $7.50 to cash it. Went next door to the Citizens bank on George Urban & found out the girl at Tops Citizen bank put in an extra number 6. She blamed it on the check & not herself or the computer system. I will be looking for another bank. This is the 3rd screw up by a new person & btw the check was finally cashed
