      Don't ever go into forbearance. The WHOLE process will be handled by people in another country that you can barely understand. Once you are able to start making payments, you cannot make them online or via the automated system. You have to talk to someone in lost mitigations with a thick accent , and agree to terms and conditions. I seriously cannot understand 95% of what they were saying. Don't call the local TN office either, as I was just sent to a manager's voicemail after the person who answered was clearly frustrated and rude. No wonder they keep bad reviews.
