      Utterly hopeless, try to sign up an account, after regrettably having my mortgage sold to these clowns, follow every instruction meticulously, and it's not valid. Of course you cannot contact them either.

      Female that answered immediately transferred me to customer service number before I could even complete my question. Called back and explained that i was not done with my question before she transferred me. Rep gave a small laugh and stated yeah because customer service handles everything. Asked what could they handle at their branch and was told only could assist if I wanted to apply for a new loan. Definitely not very good customer service. Change from Franklin American to Citizens One has not been pleasant at all.
