Worst customer experience at this particular branch specially from the head of the branch, My mom passed away and I need them to be verify some documents and they won’t do it for nothing, zero empathy to the customers

The new asst manager is not nice. Shes arrogant and disrespectful. She didn’t apologize for the 30 min wait. She’s smug and rude. She quick to be snotty and terrible customer service skills. She shouldn’t even be a teller there.
