  Kim and the staff at Cross Country Mortgage are the real deal! If you are dreaming about owning your own home, stop searching and give her a call. Kim will turn that dream into a reality. All you have to do is follow instructions and do your part. She got the rest! Kim and her staff are absolutely professionals. They are patient and caring to your needs. If Kim can get me into my dream home, she can get you in yours! At one point, I thought it was impossible due to my circumstances but Kim and her staff made the impossible , possible! We closed on 01/06/2022 and I still in shock! Thank you Kim, Abby, Virginia, and all those that had a hand in helping me provide a beautiful home for my family to enjoy! You are the best of the best!

  Been in the process of selling my house and the buyers used this company, this is the worst company I ever had to deal with. The substantial amount of delays for closing to the consistent inconvenience just by not responding via text, email, or phone call not being clear on what they needed far as documentation, and just all around extremely unprofessional. They tried to blame others for them not doing their job but it really again was negligence on their part. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have a new house I’m purchasing and had planned to close on 21st of sept and have been delayed for selling current home with this lender from aug 16th to 30th to 3rd to 8th to the 10th. SMH ! Never again not even worth the 1 star. I wish I would have known what lender this buyer was using prior to accepting their offer because this should be something others are made aware of. Dont do it.

  Sold a house and the buyers used this company. I do not have enough words to tell this saga. It was a HORRIBLE experience. Both agents and us are so fed up with this company. Seller of homes---do not sell to ANYONE using this company. Let's just say we moved closing SIX times and here i am sitting with the agents in the lawyer's office...for.the 2nd time today....and the lender still doesn't have the paperwork ready. AND we did a 60 day close. I cannot understand and I really hope you are aware before using. Even sellers need to know...do not go under contract with anyone using this company.
